A Solution to Fit Your Business
There are two versions of the CSA 2010 Dashboard. A carrier may chose to implement a Web-based, stand alone version or a client-based workflow solution.
Web-Based Stand Alone Solution
The web-based version resides on a web server either in the carrier's data center or EBE's remote data center. Regardless of where the system resides, carrier personnel have complete access to the comprehensive dashboard via web browser.
Client-Based Workflow Solution
This solution is for carriers who take managing their drivers to the next level with workflow. Adding workflow to the CSA 2010 dashboard, the system constantly monitors the behavior of your drivers, identifies when thresholds are crossed and trends are evolving then executes tasks based on the identified inspection(s) and violation(s). This version provides all of the same functionality as the web version PLUS workflow. The various workflow activities include submitting and tracking discrepancies in DataQ, assigning training, scheduling review meetings, sending alerts to appropriate personnel, generating violation letters, removing drivers from active status and tracking these activities through completion to ensure driver compliance
