CSA Carrierboard allows Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) to receive and monitor critical Compliance, Safety, Accountability (CSA) scores and insurance information in one inclusive solution. The system provides the ability for users to compare multiple carriers instantly ensuring they are protecting its cargo by working with most reliable fleets. Combining the CSA Carrierboard with EBE's Logistic Management solution, carriers which fall below acceptable standards are placed into workflow and potentially removed from the network of active carriers.
Compare Multiple Carriers' Scores in One Comprehensive View
Typically, users search for this safety information and create reports manually to gain visibility to their carriers’ safety status. LSP’s no longer have to endure the time consuming task of assembling this information and can simply query the CSA Carrierboard to receive CSA Scores, Insurance certificates, inspection and crash history in a single view. Users have the ability to view and compare carriers within their network as well as all DOT registered carriers contained in the Motor Carrier Management Information System (MCMIS) database. The quick and easy access to this information allows users to spend more time selling loads than sifting through multiple databases and compiling reports.
Carrier Scorecard
Users can view and analyze specific carrier’s violations and inspections as they are reported by the state and contained in the MCMIS database. The solution presents for each carrier the truck count, CSA type, VMT, FMCSA Region, total crashes, number of tow-aways and injuries and fatalities count. The inspection and/or violation is scored and assigned a company percentile based on the seven BASIC categories within the context of the CSA methodology documented by the FMCSA.
Automated Alerts Ensure Safe Delivery
The CSA Carrierboard provides near real-time visibility to carrier scores and violations instead of waiting for monthly reports. The application sends an email to the customer whenever a carrier’s score changes within the targeted percentile threshold. All reports and information can be printed or exported to excel for further analysis and report generation.
Easy to Use Search Functionality
CSA Carrierboard is capable of searching for carriers in numerous ways. Users can search by specific DOT or MC numbers or a carrier’s name. Searching by CSA percentiles, carrier type, truck count or miles traveled will deliver results including all carriers meeting the defined search criteria. The list of requested carriers with the BASIC percentiles is displayed in an easy to read format for users to quickly compare and sort carriers.
Quick Access to Insurance Information
From the search page, users have the ability to view carriers’ insurance information and ratings. The information includes contact information to the insurance companies and a description of property, passenger, goods, private or enterprise coverage. The insurance amount required and on file is also viewable. With the insurance identification number, a user can find insurance rating of any insurance carrier.
Identify and Manage Violation Trends
Users can monitor carrier violations over lengths of time to manage violation trends using the Trend Analysis page. Trends are viewable by month, quarter, year or custom-selected dates. Users can visually see the BASIC categories violations in a line graph with the detailed data presented as well.
