Safety Application

Individual Safety Modules: 

·         Log and Document Audit Workflows route logs and documents contained in a trip envelope into an auditing database.

§         Sorts by driver code.

§         Inspects violations, missing logs or commendations on output files.

§         Checks documents against customer master file.

§         Confirms documents needed for freight bill and driver payment.

§         Suspends documents in workflow when missing logs or other violations are present.

§         Suspends Driver settlement and Customer Invoicing until additional documentation is complete.

§          Lists violation criteria for Safety or Driver Manager’s appropriate action.

§         Creates new documents based on driver violation.

§         Keeps violation documents in driver’s personnel file as a permanent record.

§         Workflow creates an entry in driver settlement to pay a bonus to those drivers that perform to monthly standards.

§         An Achievers newsletter will be generated through the Driver Contact Application every month listing those drivers that met the monthly standards.

*This module makes it more difficult to conceal issues effecting driver’s settlement.  It also provides a means to reward and recognize drivers that perform to standard. 

·         Interfaces to JJ Keller, OTS. Rapid Log and TMI Auditing Services – this interface supports both in-house products and remote services providers.

§         Identifies log through auto indexing.

§         Log automatically is sent to an in-house PC directory.

§         Automatically sends Log FTP to an outsource provider.

§         Processes Log.

§         Places ASCII text in directory.

§         Imports directory into SHIPS Log Audit Workflow.
