Compares and validates scanned documents to the data in the dispatch and accounting master files.
Forwards identified discrepancies and missing documents to the exception queue and sends notifications to the appropriate personnel.
Mobile Communications Enabled: workflow routes messages immediately to the driver altering them of missing paperwork. Once documentation is returned, automatically sends confirmation receipt back to driver.
