MANAGING DRIVER SAFETY, COMPLIANCE AND PERFORMANCE THROUGH SCORECARDS AND WORKFLOW

With so much data surrounding driver compliance and behavior, it is almost impossible to track it all, let alone find it in one central place. Attend this session and you will not only learn how EBE's driver management solutions provide visiblity to ALL driver behavior, but also generate workflows to execute tasks based on specific behavior and events.  Driver Scorecards, including real time CSA 2010 Score, DQ file managment, Log Violation Management, Annual Safety Review Process, Training and Driver Fuel Performance management will all be discussed.

EFFICIENTLY MANAGING SHIPPER'S WEB PORTALS THROUGH INTERNET DATA INTERCHANGE (IDI)

IDI workflows have helped carriers reduce their data entry time by 75% and improve the  accuracy of information transferred. This session will demonstrate how EBE’s IDI workflows interact with data transfers between dispatch systems and a shipper’s web portal. Workflows have been created to both populate data to and extract data from web-portals. Specific workflows presented include: payment status updates, detention claims, shipment status updates and placing invoice data into a web portal.

TOLLS MANAGEMENT-
Presented with ALK PC*MILER

The volume of toll transactions for any carrier is impossible to monitor for accuracy and/or billing purposes  manually. Find out how you can stop erroneous, fraudulent and unauthorized tolls costs with TollsManager and TollsAuditor.  These applications are designed to provide carriers with automated processes to monitor, audit, reconcile and bill toll costs with minimal or no manual intervention.

AUTO-BILLING THROUGH FORMS PROCESSING

Auto Billing is an application that uses forms processing and integration into a dispatch system to move through the billing process more efficiently. Typically, a carrier needs to capture a commodity and quantity code, or simply the document types, to release a fright bill.  With the Auto Billing application, the system will read the needed data through OCR and compare the shipping document data with that in the dispatching system - minimizing the need for manual data entry. Learn more in this session about how you can generate invoices more quickly, more accurately and with more confidence using this automated approach.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE & INVOICE APPROVAL WORKFLOWS

This session will examine the processes associated with the lifecycle of a purchase order from generating the PO to comparing it to the invoice received to approval through the printing of the check. Find out how SHIPS AP workflows monitor and compare this data automatically, sends it for approval or review and electronically generates the printed check complete with invoice and signature rendered with the payment.

SHIPS SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE- THE NEW 5.0 CLIENT
