"Chip" Powell as a senior sales manager.  Powell will be managing the territory east of the Mississippi providing recruiting and driver management solutions to EBE's new and existing customers.

 
Powell brings to EBE twenty eight years of experience in the transportation industry working in areas such as product management, operations, safety, sales, customer service and support in both carrier and vendor environments. Prior to EBE, Powell served as Director of Product Marketing for the MobileMax product line at XATA, GeoLogic Solutions and Aether Systems.  In that role, he worked closely with fleets and partners to promote hardware and software solutions to the industry. Prior to that, Powell held senior management positions in operations and safety at various transportation companies including Con-Way Truckload Services, T.W. Owens and Sons Trucking, and Cardinal Transportation.
 
Powell is active in many industry associations such as Truckload Carriers Association (TCA), the American Trucking Association (ATA), and the ATA's Technology Maintenance Council (TMC). Chip is also Pragmatic Marketing Certified (PMC).
