Larry Kerr

Larry Kerr has been the driving force behind EBE's business process management initiatives for the past twenty years. Throughout his career at EBE, Larry has been involved in all aspects of the business including sales, marketing, system design, and project management. As the company matured, it became known as a systems integrator. Larry then led the transformation of EBE to its current form as the leading provider of enterprise business process management solutions for the trucking and logistics industry. His close client relationships and industry knowledge have served the company well as they have provided the insight to develop the most efficient workflow processes to reduce bottlenecks and improve operational efficiencies.

Larry holds a master's degree in Business from St. Louis University and a bachelor's degree in Business and History from St. Ambrose University.

Cindy Nelson, CTP
VP of Marketing and Recruiting, Onboarding and Safety Solutions

Cindy Nelson joined EBE in 2008 to provide the strategic sales and marketing direction for the company. She also serves as the VP for EBE's Recruiting, Onboarding and Safety solutions. Cindy is an active participant in industry associations including American Trucking Association (ATA), Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) and National Private Truck Council (NPTC) where she earned her Certified Transportation Professional accreditation. She serves on the Recruiting and HR Committees for the TCA and ATA as well as a Safety Council board member for the ATA and NPTC.

Cindy has more than 20 years of senior-level management experience in sales and marketing for Fortune 500 and mid-size technology companies bringing strong expertise in brand management. Prior to EBE, she spent three years at TMW Systems as Director of Marketing where she took the company to unprecedented brand awareness levels. She also served as Director of Sales, Marketing and Communications for various technology, web-development and IT consulting firms.

Cindy is a graduate of Miami University with B.S. degrees in Marketing and Management.

Steve Wilhelms, CFS, ACS
VP of Safety and Risk Management Solutions

Steve Wilhelms is a transportation industry professional with over 20 years of safety and risk management experience delivering unprecedented results.  His hands-on approach to reviewing data, identifying at-risk behavior trends, industry and company trends and bench-marking programs has led to his expert reputation in the industry.  Steve is a Certified Fleet Safety Director and has an Advanced Safety Certification from the National Safety Council. He is an active member of several state and national transportation organizations. He was instrumental in launching the paperless Driver Qualification File process for over 8000 Brink’s drivers

Steve is a graduate of the inaugural TXTA Leadership Training Program and has participated and conducted leadership training sessions for several organizations including Fortune 500 companies. Steve is the 2018 recipient of the TXTA Excellence in Service Award. After attending Richland College, Steve joined the law enforcement profession in Texas where he achieved his Advanced TCOLE Certification and was a Licensed Instructor. During his ten-year career as a police officer his assignments included commercial accident investigation and reconstruction as well two years as the lead criminal investigator. Steve received awards for: Rookie of the Year, Officer of the Year and a Life Saving Award.

Steve Wilhelms is also the Executive Vice President and COO of InfoStream, an EBE company.  InfoStream is a Safety, Compliance and Regulatory Managed Service. 

Michael Randone
VP of Mobile Solutions

In this role, Michael maintains sales responsibilities for EBE's product suite of Mobile Solutions throughout North America. Prior to joining EBE, Michael Randone served as Vice President of Fidlar Companies, overseeing the strategic sales and marketing effort for multiple company divisions. In addition, Michael was responsible for all technology initiatives including client-facing technology applications.

Michael has over 25 years of strategic sales, business development, technology, and executive management experience and welcomes the opportunity to work with EBE's clients to tailor solutions that add value to their daily enterprise activities.

Rocco Marrari
VP of Imaging and Workflow Solutions

After many years in law enforcement as a police detective, Rocco transitioned into finance and in 2015 joined the EBE team. In his current role, Rocco is responsible for EBE's suite of imaging and financial solutions including Billing, Accounts Payable and PO Management workflows. He is passionate about helping his clients achieve operational efficiency and improving their workflow processes.

Rocco holds a bachelor's degree in Business from Western Illinois University and is currently pursuing further education in Business through Cornell University.

Doug Christian
Director of Customer Support and Resource Management

Doug is responsible for the post-implementation customer experience for all internal and external EBE customers through the Customer Support Team and Process Management. He performs resource management of the development team and works closely with the EBE Project Managers, providing mentoring and best practices. Doug comes to us with extensive experience in Engineering Management, Project Management, and Customer Support, having managed successful projects and teams at Top Fortune 500 companies including Motorola, General Dynamics, and Raytheon.
