Larry Kerr, President
Larry Kerr has been the driving force behind EBE’s business process management initiatives for the past twenty years. Throughout his career at EBE, Larry has been involved in all aspects of the business including sales, marketing, system design and project management. As the company matured, it became known as a systems integrator. Larry then led the transformation of EBE to its current form as the leading provider of enterprise business process management solutions for the trucking and logistics industry. His close client relationships and industry knowledge have served the company well as they have provided the insight to develop the most efficient workflow processes to reduce bottlenecks and improve operational efficiencies.
Larry holds a masters degree in Business from St. Louis University and a bachelor’s degree in Business and History from St. Ambrose University.
Cindy Nelson, CTP, VP, Marketing and Recruiting, Onboarding and Safety Solutions
Cindy Nelson joined EBE in 2008 to provide the strategic sales and marketing direction for the company. She also serves as the VP for EBE's Recruiting, Onboarding and Safety solutions. Cindy is an active participant in industry associations including American Trucking Association (ATA), Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) and National Private Truck Council (NPTC) where she earned her Certified Transportation Professional accreditation. She serves on the Recruiting and HR Committees for the TCA and ATA as well as a Safety Council board member for the ATA and NPTC.
Cindy has more than 20 years of senior-level management experience in sales and marketing for Fortune 500 and mid-size technology companies bringing strong expertise in brand management. Prior to EBE, she spent three years at TMW Systems as Director of Marketing where she took the company to unprecedented brand awareness levels. She also served as Director of Sales, Marketing and Communications for various technology, web-development and IT consulting firms.
Cindy is a graduate of Miami University with B.S. degrees in Marketing and Management.
Andy Green, Director of Implementation
Andy Green has been with EBE for three years managing implementations as a Project Manager for the financial division of the SHIPS transportation software. Now as the Director of Implementation, he is responsible for scheduling, implementing, and documenting all implementation processes for both the financials solution and driver services. Andy has direct responsibility for the timeline, scope, and tasks of all installations for SHIPS.
Doug Christian, Director of Customer Support and Resource Management
Doug Christian is the Director of Customer Support and Resource Management. Doug is responsible for the post-implementation customer experience for all internal and external EBE customers through the Customer Support Team and Process Management. He performs resource management of the development team and works closely with the EBE Project Managers, providing mentoring and best practices. Doug comes to us with extensive experience in Engineering Management, Project Management, and Customer Support, having managed successful projects and teams at Top Fortune 500 companies including Motorola, General Dynamics, and Raytheon.
