Solutions Lead to Strong End of Year Results.

A record year for revenues, new product offerings and new customers all contributed to the positive results in the current challenging economic climate. For FY 2010, revenue growth increased 31% as compared to 18% in 2009. Additionally, EBE acquired 63 new clients comprising of both asset and non-asset based transportation providers.
Significant factors contributing to these results were the addition of numerous new application offerings, including the ATA endorsed, web-based CSA 2010 driver dashboard, a comprehensive driver performance management workflow solution, an integrated recruiting application, carrier on-boarding and logistics management workflow solutions as well as many new workflows within the financial applications including pre-dispatch and accessorial management workflow solutions. Also new this year, EBE decoupled its workflow applications from its core imaging offering so that carriers that already have an existing imaging solution in place can leverage their investment by adding workflow functionality from EBE.
Among EBE's new client acquisitions were fleets from various segments, size and regions. A few of the clients included on this list are Epes Carriers, Inc., Bennett International Group, LLC, Maverick Transportation, LLC, Stevens Transport, Inc., Shaw Industries Group, Inc., Gordon Trucking, Inc., G & P Trucking Company, and Waller Truck Company, Inc. These organizations have implemented many of EBE's newer applications such as the CSA 2010 Dashboard, Safety, Driver Management and Recruiting as well as an expanded feature set within the Logistics Management applications including a web-based carrier on-boarding application and extended financial workflow solutions. These organizations run various dispatching solutions from TMW, McLeod, and Innovative as well as custom, in-house developed systems to which EBE's applications provide direct integration.
